Evolution Security’s independent, non-commercial security research department was first established in December 1997/1998. After the company had successfully established itself in the public market, its legal structure was converted to a limited liability company (GmbH) in 2014 through a capital contribution by the owner. The managing director of Evolution Security GmbH and the Vulnerability Lab Initiative is Benjamin Mejri (Kunz), who is considered the backbone of the company. As managing director, he leads the company and plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction and success of Evolution Security.

We are a company specializing in offensive and strategic cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, penetration testing, and sustainable security architectures. Our range of services includes professional penetration testing (white-box / gray-box / black-box), in which we analyze IT infrastructures, applications, and networks from various attacker perspectives. Through structured testing procedures, realistic attack simulations, and in-depth vulnerability research and assessment, we identify vulnerabilities early on, evaluate their risk, and provide concrete recommendations for action to ensure the long-term hardening of your systems.
